Performing site audits represents 65% of our activity, i.e. more than 200 audits per year, with a capacity for 40 additional audits.
We carry out several types of audits:
Option 1 - TECHNICAL and QUALITY AUDIT according to the ATeCQ standard
For manufacturers (internal audit), importers (internal audit or second part) and distributors (second part):
The exclusive ATeCQ frame, adaptable for manufacturing sites or for import offices, has been specially developed to meet your requirements combined with those of ISO Standards (9001 - 14001 - 18001 - 22716 - 13485 - 26000) and the ever-increasing concerns of large retailers (BRC or IFS HPC standards) and verification bodies.
The evaluation is done through the 310 points of verification of our frame focused on:
- Quality Management
- The quality of the products produced
- Respect for Good Manufacturing Practices
- Staff safety
- The respect of environment.
Option 2 - SUPPLIER AUDITS by following your own framework
We also carry out audits on demand, following your distributor or importer framework, with your own rating system and according to your own requirements.
As an external auditor, we can guarantee you independence, confidentiality and impartiality.
We can carry out the approval audit, the follow-up audit and / or the follow-up of the implementation of the action plan.
Depending on your needs, we can also carry out specific audits (traceability, glass breakage, material balance, French manufacturing, etc.)
Option 3 - CERTIFICATION AUDITS
CERTIFICATION AUDITS - IFS HPC*: 1; 2; 3; 4 and Broker, IFS Global Market HPC, BRC Consumer Products, ISO 22716 & QUALIOPI.
For these certification audits we are mandated by Certification Bodies.

Audit report, Action Plan and Monitoring
The audit reports are returned to you within 2 working weeks following the audit, after validation and technical review by a second auditor.
They are written in French, Spanish or English, they include:
- The rated and commented assessment of each of the criteria examined.
- A general opinion on the level of control of the quality of the processes and products by the audited manufacturer accompanied by a committed conclusion.
- A detailed action plan.
This action plan provided with improvement points and completion dates, it details all the actions to be implemented by the supplier to reach the required level.
It is also possible to provide support and follow-up for the supplier until it reaches the required level.
